Overview

HemiSync is a binaural beats generator app developed by X8 Dev. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (or rather, what we don't collect).

Data Collection and Transmission

HemiSync does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party.

We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Crash reports

Health-Related Data

HemiSync is a binaural beats generator used for relaxation, focus, and meditation. As a Health & Fitness app, the following health-related data is stored locally on your device only:

• Binaural beat presets: Frequency configurations you create for left and right audio channels, including associated brainwave categories (Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma). These presets reflect your personal wellness preferences.
• Session settings: Timer durations, volume levels, and waveform selections related to your listening sessions.

This health-related data is never transmitted off your device. It is not accessible to us, any third party, or any external server. All processing happens entirely on your device.

Local Storage

HemiSync stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Presets: Custom binaural beat presets you create, including frequency settings and brainwave category labels, stored on your device using local storage.
• Settings: Your app preferences (volume, display settings) are stored locally on your device.

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device for as long as you choose to keep it. You have full control over your data at all times:

• Delete individual presets: You can delete any custom preset directly within the app at any time.
• Delete all data: You can clear all app data by going to your device's Settings > Apps > HemiSync > Storage > Clear Data. On iOS, uninstalling the app removes all data.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling HemiSync removes all locally stored data from your device permanently.

Since no data is ever transmitted to external servers, there is no remote data to request deletion of.

Third-Party Services

HemiSync does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Internet Access

HemiSync does not require an internet connection to function. The app works entirely offline.

Children's Privacy

HemiSync does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
